New Show Spanish for Gringos Starring Robert Alesandro Coming to Amazon Prime

February 08 17:30 2019

The wait is finally over. Robert Alesandro, a Mexican American actor, writer, and director is pleased to announce the launch of his new show titled ‘Spanish for Gringos’ that will be available for viewing in Amazon Prime (http://a.co/d/bxTt7IY). The new TV show is a late night comedy stop that features sketch comedy, puppets and crappy animation.

Alesandro has been behind the scenes the past year working in developing content that he says will enrich the way people think. Much like John Leguizamo’s new show ‘Latin History for Morons’, there seem to be many creators who are taking their protest against the president’s attack on marginalized groups and adding a laugh track.

On one statement, Alesandro talks about his insights about the newest TV show, “I think visibility is important for everyone, and I believe for me it is important to do what I can to help the best way I know how, and that is by creating.”

‘Spanish for Gringos’ is a show that just launched on Amazon Prime from independent creator Robert Alesandro. It’s a cross between Mr. Rogers and Jose Cuervo in a live-action show starring the creator and some interesting puppets teaching you some ‘adult’ Spanish language. The show was originally titled ‘Spanish for Cabrones,’ but had a lot of trouble with Amazon’s censors.

I feel that we are living in a time that everything we create should have an underlying purpose to help the greater good. Let’s treat every situation like we are hosting a cocktail party; invite everyone, dance with everyone, and get to know one another. Let’s have some fun,” says Robert.

Alesandro was born on March 3, 1978, in Santa Monica, California. He is an actor and writer, famous for his shows like ‘Butterflies’ (2017), ‘(Para) Normal Activity’ (2014), and ‘School of Ballet’ (2014). Most of the time, he loves to create. Most of his ideas have been utilized by the giant companies in the world. His journey to create new TV series content started on fall of 2017.

His new TV show ‘Spanish for Gringos’ is now available and can be viewed at Amazon Prime (http://a.co/d/bxTt7IY). The show is composed of six episodes with a 7- to 8-minute runtime and has a TV-14 rating. The first six episodes were initially released on November 1, 2018.
