BEVERLY, MA –<\/strong> CBS “Survivor Cagayan” Finalist Trish Hegarty has chosen <\/span>Beverly marketing consulting company<\/span><\/a>, The Story Stylist, to help her launch a new middle and high school assembly program that encourages young people to turn setbacks into success.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hegarty, of Osterville, is best known for being a finalist from the Brawn Tribe on the reality show. This fall, the “Survivor Straight Talk” Youth Speaker launches her new school assembly presentation “Rock Your Resilience” throughout her home state of Massachusetts.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Middle and high school students are under so much pressure and deal with so many obstacles that I think many young people give up hope at an early age,” Hegarty said. “My mission is to get into every school system to share my personal trials and triumphs with honesty, humor and heart.” <\/span><\/p>\n

Gayle Nowak, founder and CEO of <\/span>The Story Stylist<\/span><\/a>, is working directly with Hegarty to boost the reality TV star’s speaking profile and reputation among educators and youth organizations. The company is providing marketing and public relations strategy and advice that will help Hegarty reposition her brand and book assemblies for the 2018-2019 school year.<\/span><\/p>\n

“What most people don’t know about Trish is that she has overcome many challenges throughout her life,” Nowak said. “Yes, she’s a successful business owner, competitive triathlete, reality TV star and professional speaker. She also has faced a series of setbacks along the way and kept on going. It’s an honor to advise Trish on how she can use her personal stories and life experience to positively impact middle and high school students.” <\/span><\/p>\n

Hegarty, who holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and is a certified life coach, has spoken at Boston University and Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School in Massachusetts. She also has spoken at Midland University, Midland High School and Cherokee Middle School in Nebraska. <\/span><\/p>\n

“All I want is to be able to inspire and motivate young people to believe in themselves, respect themselves and have compassion for others no matter what challenge they’re currently facing,” she said.<\/span><\/p>\n
