SHENZHEN \/ LUGANO \/ SAN FRANCISCO – October 22, 2018 –<\/strong> European based tech entrepreneurs Mr. Fredrik Rodievis Ivarsson and Mr. Joakim Hultin has been the driving forces behind an initiative to combine innovation from Silicon Valley together with cutting edge technology and resources from Shenzhen, China. The first project launched from from this initiative is a $12 million fund that will invest in blockchain hardware in situ in Shenzhen. Lead investor in this first fund is Hyperstandard, a blockchain startup based in Switzerland and San Francisco, together with Silicon Valley based angel investors and the initiators of the project Mr. Fredrik Rodievis Ivarsson and Mr. Joakim Hultin. <\/p>\n The first investment will be to fund a production facility in Shenzhen with the purpose to manufacture hardware that innovates based on blockchain technology. <\/p>\n This investment marks a notable step forward for Hyperstandard’s entry into hardware. Shenzhen has overtaken Hong Kong and Taiwan as the most innovative cities and is attracting entrepreneurs from all around the world. The benefit of operating over two continents is that it allows product development know-how to combine with production expertise, capital and network in China.
