Great conversationalists are hard to find. We love asking questions in an effort to get to know people better. We call it \u201cconversational curiosity!\u201d Just a few months after launching Cocktail Farty, we had people asking if we had similar get-to-know-you card game concepts around beer and wine. We saw an opportunity and jumped on it! <\/div>\n

Founders Justin and Monique Honaman believe that differences are to be valued, that collaboration brings new ideas, that rules are to be broken, that engagement with others should be authentic, that change is good, that smart risks are fun, that life should be an adventure, and that sometimes you just need to listen to your heart and trust your gut. Launched in 2016, Contender Brands is a concept-to-consumer (C2C) company whose mission is to develop products that bring simplicity, joy and laughter to others.<\/p>\n

This month, Contender Brands launched five new get-to-know-you conversation card games: Whine Barrel, Keg O’Cards, Brew-Aha, KIC-Start: Kids in Conversation, and Cocktail Farty. Great conversationalists are hard to find. The whole idea is to encourage “big talk,” not “small talk.” Just a few months after launching Cocktail Farty, Contender Brands (CB) had consumers asking if there were similar get-to-know-you card game concepts around beer and wine.<\/p>\n

CB saw an opportunity and jumped on it! The company started brainstorming more questions and more concepts and added Brew-Aha, Keg O’Cards, and Whine Barrel to the mix. The ‘family’ wasn’t complete so they added KIC-Start (to encourage kids in conversation). Each game makes a great gift when you want to get people talking … and laughing! Hostess gifts. Welcome to the neighborhood gifts. Fraternity \/ Sorority games. Dating couples (great way to break the ice!). Roommates. Newlyweds. Really, anyone who is a connoisseur of good conversations.<\/p>\n
