“Here is an example, we use the single option aversion bias a lot,” says Borchardt. “If you offer a buyer one choice, about 10% will buy. If you offer two similar choices, about 64% will buy. A closing difference of 640%!   So never offer the buyer only one option.”<\/p>\n
