San Diego Gas and Electric has asked the California Public Utilities Commission to raise rates by 28 percent over the next four years.  This significant increase would affect both residential and business customers who last saw a rate increase 3 years ago of 10 percent. SDG&E says they need the money to safely modernize the power grid.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ductless or  mini split, air conditioners works like a regular central air conditioner but without the ducts. They have two main components, a compressor and an indoor air-handling unit.
