Ohio accounting and business consulting firm Rea & Associates recently announced that Cole Reynolds, a senior associate with the company, has passed all four parts of the CPA exam and is now a Certified Public Accountant. <\/div>\n

Dublin, OH – Dec 13, 2018 –<\/strong> Rea & Associates, a business consulting and accounting firm based in Ohio, recently shared that one of its senior associates, Cole Reynolds, has passed all four parts of the CPA exam and is now a Certified Public Accountant. Reynolds, according to the firm, works closely with the firm’s assurance team. He also prepares individual and business tax returns.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson with Rea & Associates<\/a> said Reynolds earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University. A resident of Columbus, OH, he currently serves clients from the firm’s Dublin, OH office.<\/p>\n

According to Rea & Associates, the CPA examination is administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), which helps ensure that only qualified individuals become CPAs. After candidates pass all four parts of the exam, they must then pass a professional ethics exam. Only after passing both exams, are individuals allowed to use the Certified Public Accountant designation.<\/p>\n

The CPA exam, stated the firm spokesperson, is one of the most difficult professional credential examinations currently administered in the U.S., with an average passing rate that is lower than any other professional achievement test.
