NEW YORK, NEW YORK –<\/strong> Amazon sold an Apple Computer to local pastor and BlueBox Entertainment music producer Tyrone Holmes online that contained US intelligence spyware. This caused a breach of national security and set off alarms by a Department of Defense contractor.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Mr. Holmes reached out to Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and Apple CEO Tim Cook directly as he and BlueBox Entertainment have been loyal customers of Apple since the first Apple Classic and Amazon since the company started online. However, he received no response, assistance, or apology for the incident. This is further detailed in a lawsuit filed and subsequent active Appeal by Mr. Holmes in The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Index No. CV-17-4557.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Updated laws are needed to protect unwitting American consumers from such negligence, fraud, corporate irresponsibility, and other such harmful acts, and now should be reviewed by our elected officials around the country. This incident had the authorities, law enforcement, and other entities, pursuing Mr. Holmes, with intimidation, threats, and harassment for something he had no knowledge of, nor did he do anything wrong or against the law. This has caused irreparable harm and damage to Mr. Holmes on many financial, personal, and professional fronts. These findings can then be drafted into new bipartisan legislative laws by democrat and republican lawmakers in the US Senate and House Representatives in Congress.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
