THE SUTTONS PURCHASED THE APOLLO IN HARLEM CREATED RADIO STATIONS WBLS \/ WLIB @ 25 OTHERS.<\/p><\/div>\n

Atlantic City, New Jersey – December 14, 2018 –<\/strong> Advanced Consulting, Inc. is looking to put a Hotel \/ Resort on its well-known Boardwalk, becoming the first Minority owned hotel.<\/p>\n

Advanced Consulting spokesperson Charles Omar Sutton said the firm will look to establish the greatest atmosphere in Atlantic City with a focus on a  Hotel \/ Resort that offers unique restaurants & entertainment experiences that won’t be like anything currently offered on the Boardwalk. The hotel will be a non-gambling upscale resort with an international attraction not seen in in Atlantic City for some time.<\/p>\n

Sutton said the market has changed; Atlantic City has run a course that needs more non-gambling options to really make this a resort destination for the world, providing a structure that has a full focus on dinning, entetainment with a quality focus on guest is what we are bringing.<\/p>\n

Sutton said, “It marks a new frontier for the area, we are also looking for new investor partners.”<\/p>\n

We have 27 Acres \/ 10 Restaurants \/ 1,500,000 Sqft \/ Retail Spaces \/ 9 Story Parking Garage <\/p>\n

Using our collective resources and giving it some business focus will ensure that Atlantic City becomes a part of the international marketplace. Sutton said a brighter future could happen if the minority market attains the multiple elements it needs to restore its foundation. Crime is down 44% over the last 2 years, Moodys credit ratting has improved within rhe city along with over a billion dollars in the last year invested on projects on the boardwalk.<\/p>\n
