So, it has finally happened! “What’s In Your Basket?” aired on e360tv\/Roku\/AppleTV & Amazon Fire on Sunday and I have to say – the viewing party made the show watching experience THAT much better! We, ate, drank, laughed, cried and cheered. So much fun! <\/em><\/p>\n

It all began at the door. The energy, love, and support for Charity Lynette, the host of the show and her first appearance on a worldwide streaming television platform greeted every guest when they walked in. That and the wonderfully sweet aroma of food at Suite 704 Restaurant! Co-Executive Producers MNS Media Group CEO, “Ernest Jackson” was in attendance along with show Director “Oleksandra Kabachna”. Although Executive Producer Kim Mitchell & Durvel Wilson, wasn’t able to attend because of personal reasons, they gave the night their full support. Special thanks to ES Photography for the great images.<\/p>\n

A group of Charity’s friends were on hand to celebrate with her. Samantha Lebbie, a established plus size model was in attendance, also one of the main stories you will see this season. “Wendy Goldsmith”, was also in attendance who suffers from Sleep Apnea and was the subject of the first episode that we aired. Also on hand was a few of the show sponsors like “Andre Little” (The Alkaline Water King), representing for Alkazone Alkaline Water. “Gwen Devoe”, presenter of Full Figured Fashion Week and one of the show sponsors was on hand with a few team members “Tonya Giddens” & “Shay Rozay”.<\/p>\n

What’s In Your Basket will showcase Charity’s unique approach to fitness, incorporating dance, one-on-one workouts, comprehensive meal prep tutelage, and expanding her concepts to other areas of your life activity. On the show, Charity teaches us how to shop for a meal, make your favorite holiday dishes healthier, how to blend holiday food into your weekly meal prep, the way to do a detox and make delicious, healing smoothies, homemade versions of prepackaged, processed foods, and much, much more! As a woman who also struggles with weight loss–she successfully shed 125 pounds after the death of her mother from heart disease prompted Charity to take her life in a completely new direction. “I wanted to teach women and give them the tools to get to a healthier version of themselves,” Charity states, “Going through my own weight loss journey has prepared me to work with women not only physically but mentally as well.”<\/p>\n
