The Monaco International Blockchain conference is the first professional tradeshow dedicated to the Blockchain industry in Monaco. During the conference, Blockchain experts from all over the world shared their visions on the future of the Blockchain technologies and highlighted the need for more transparency and the strong pressure from regulators to impose their visions.<\/p>\n
During his pitch, Olivier Raybaud, co-founder of Thor Network, explained the need for innovative DEX to address the growing demand for crypto to crypto transactions. The variety of coins and tokens will continue to increase steadily with more utility tokens and the arrival of security tokens. Existing centralized exchange are the weak point of the entire crypto industry which calls for innovative DEX solutions to provide security and transparency to crypto transactions.<\/p>\n
Thor Network is developing a series of decentralized crypto exchange platforms to provide solutions for all categories of crypto transaction needs: one-off non-custodian account-free transactions with Thor Swap; easy to use tool for web merchants willing to accept cryptos with Thor CoinPay; fast, secure and transparent trading platform for professional and individual traders with UOB; and secure auction platform for non-fungible tokens (NFT) with Thor Auction Platform.<\/p>\n
Thor Swap combines decentralized atomic swaps powered by its ASN technology (Atomic Settlement Network) with a centralized pool to provide a comprehensive swap solution. Thor Swap targets digital wallet users who do one-off, small amount, crypto to crypto transactions. Thor Swap directly connects to wallets and is absolutely safe as there is no need to put any assets under custody. Besides, Thor Swap provides solution for trading all major cryptos without any need for account registration nor KYC. Flash Mode processes decentralized atomic swap transactions between ERC20 tokens within one minute based on Thor Swap’s ASN technology. Transactions with other cryptos are processed under the Standard Mode based on a centralized pool.<\/p>\n
Atomic Settlement Network (ASN) is Thor Network’s engine used to process asset exchange. ASN is one of the most advanced technological solutions for cross-chain crypto asset transactions. ASN can support multiple public chains such as BTC\/ETH\/LTC\/EOS\/ONT based on HTLC algorithm. ASN’s transaction process guarantees transactions are whether fully completed, which means both transacting parties receive the crypto-assets they asked for, or fully cancelled, which means any asset already sent by any party will be rolled back to its initial holder. In other words, ASN guarantees any transacting party that it can securely transact with any unknown counterparty without taking any risk. Thor DEX (UOB: Universal Order Book) is Thor Network’s next product on the roadmap. The UOB is a global cryptocurrency-bidding platform governed by the community, it will provide a single order book shared globally and will support transaction matching at 100,000 TPS speed. Its distributed architecture based on T-DPoS Consensus guarantees both security and transparency.<\/p>\n
UOB will serve a wider range of users including individual traders and institutional clients. Users will connect to UOB through their wallets or through dedicated API. Thanks to the speed of UOB’s matching engine, user experience will be as good as with traditional exchanges such as stock markets.<\/p>\n
Thor Network will soon launch Thor CoinPay to support the acceptance of crypto-asset payments by web merchants. Thor CoinPay will be embedded in websites and Dapps to let customers pay with a large variety of cryptos. Merchants will choose to receive one or a few specific cryptos and Thor CoinPay will automatically swap the token used by the customer to the token required by the merchant.<\/p>\n
Thor Network develops secure and transparent solutions for all crypto-asset transactions from purchasing, exchange to auction. Thor Network already developed API and H5 tools for integration of Thor Swap within crypto wallets. Thor Swap is now available in Math Wallet, Bepal Wallet and Ledger Live, and will soon be available in MyEtherWallet and many other crypto wallets. Thor Swap also developed fiat to crypto functionalities based on its existing partnership with Bit2Me and coming partnership with OTC Gate.<\/p>\n
