Stacey Jackson\u2019s StaePumped Workout Video and patented StaeFit Apparel encourages older women to be the best possible version of themselves.<\/div>\n

January 28, 2019 –<\/strong> Canadian-born singer and entrepreneur Stacey Jackson<\/a> launches her StaePumped Workout; a 30-minute programme designed to fit in with the hectic lifestyle of the modern woman.<\/p>\n

Stacey – who just turned 50 – began her career as an aerobics instructor, before taking time out to raise her four children. In her forties, she became a singer (recording with Snoop Dogg and touring worldwide) and more recently she launched her fitness apparel brand StaeFit.<\/a><\/p>\n

Stacey explains: “TheStaeFit sportswear collection was created to combat all those little issues that women have with their workout gear that demotivates them. The patented top has a built-in front-fastening bra, for changing room discretion, the leggings have a reinforced gusset to rid the embarrassment of camel toe! Along with many women, I myself suffer from sweat rash around my breasts when I work out; I couldn’t find a solution so I created one. The StaeFit range is made from hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking fabric which combats breast rash – and sweat rash in other areas. Basically – when you are wearing StaeFit there are no excuses not to give it 110%. Just press play and move.”<\/em><\/p>\n

 Stacey also wrote and performed the soundtrack to the workout, and is the first recording artist to do this.<\/p>\n

“StaePumped Is super fun, but it gets results. You can push the sofa back and workout alongside me, my dancers Mindy, Cindy and Chad – my 11-year-old daughter even makes a cameo! I wanted the workout to be positive and supportive; this isn’t about twenty-year-olds posting pictures of their abs on Instagram, it is about real women feeling good about themselves.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Stacey is not only passionate about keeping fit in her fifties, but she is also keen to act as a role model for women starting a business or changing career later in life: “ I loved being a Mommy… I started my pop career because it made me happy, who cares that I was twice the age of everyone else in the charts at the time! StaeFit was a natural extension of who I am, what I do and what I believe in – and I am really psyched about the StaePumped Workout. I want every woman to believe she can achieve her dreams.”<\/em><\/p>\n
