Grimsby is fast becoming the ‘renewable’ energy centre in the UK. A number of large companies that involve in renewables have moved to Grimsby, and the ones that haven’t moved yet has planned to move. Bags & Aprons being situated in Grimsby and Manufacturing much of its products there gives them the flexibility to produce bespoke orders very quickly. This eliminates the 3-month delivery associated with importation from India or China. Presently, the company is looking to acquire new machinery, mainly sewing machines for its expansion. The company’s current range of Drawstring Bag sizes ranges from 6cm x 9cm up to a huge 60cm x 76cm. All sizes can be produced in a range of materials that include, Cotton Poplin, Drill, Jute, Calico, Velvet, and Polyester. Also popular are the ranges of ”traditional” underwear of both ladies and gents, in eyelet or interlock material and design wise: ladies briefs and panties (bloomers). Gents styles are the ‘Y Front’ type in both Brushed Cotton and Eyelet. All styles of underwear are stocked up to a size XXXOS with the hope to extend the stocked sizes in 2019.<\/p>\n

Bags & Aprons is well known within the Care Home\/Medical profession for its ‘Do Not Disturb Drug Round in Progress’ tabards. Its bespoke Jute Bags are often supplied to Irish Distillers, Pernod, Ricard makers of Pernod and many other fine beverages. Fight Ministry Boxing Academy has recently awarded the company a contract for the supply and embroidering of various items of kit, namely t-shirts, polo shirts, fleeces, hoodies and associated items of kit.<\/p>\n
