The Geauga County Historical Society is once again hosting its annual Pancake Breakfasts in March and April 2019.<\/div>\n

February 13, 2019 –<\/strong> The <\/span>Geauga County Historical Society<\/span> <\/span>is once again <\/span>host<\/span>ing<\/span> its annual Pancake Breakfasts in March and April 201<\/span>9<\/span>. <\/span>The breakfasts f<\/span>eatur<\/span>e<\/span> a<\/span>ll-you-can-eat<\/span> <\/span>pancakes <\/span>(plain, blueberry, and apple-cinnamon) <\/span>served <\/span>with pure maple syrup produced from the Society’s own <\/span>sugarbush and <\/span>sugarhouse<\/span> using traditional collection and production methods<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>five<\/span> <\/span>Pancake Breakfasts <\/span>will take place <\/span>on <\/span>March <\/span>10, 17, 24, and 31<\/span> and <\/span>April<\/span> <\/span>7<\/span>. Serving from <\/span>9 a.m. to 2 p.m.<\/span> <\/span>Available before <\/span>or after Sunday <\/span>morning <\/span>worship.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The menu includes all-you-can-eat pancakes <\/span>served <\/span>with the Society’s own maple syrup, scrambled eggs, sausage, and <\/span>a <\/span>beverage. Cost is $8 for adults, $5 for children ages 5 to 12 years old, and free to children 4 and under.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Bus tours, church, fraternal, and social groups, and family gatherings are <\/span>all <\/span>welcome. <\/span><\/p>\n

As an additional inducement for our guests, the <\/span>Maple Museum of Geauga County<\/span><\/a>, one of our many historical exhibits, will be open free of charge on three <\/span>of these dates<\/span>, March 10, March 24, and April 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/span> The museum may be <\/span>view<\/span>ed<\/span> before or after <\/span><\/span>breakfast. Come and <\/span>absorb<\/span> Geauga’s rich history of maple sugar and syrup making by coupling your meal with <\/span>a visit to this newly opened exhibit<\/span> <\/span>located <\/span>just yards from <\/span>the <\/span>dining facility<\/span>. <\/span>If you have not yet seen this presentation of one of Geauga County’s proudest claims to fame, now is the time!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
