Raleigh, NC – <\/strong>Charlotte-based Managed IT Services Provider, Sterling Technology<\/a> Solutions, is pleased to announce it has expanded its operations by opening a brand-new office in Raleigh, NC.<\/p>\n

Sterling Technology Solutions was founded in 2003, by CEO Tom Blanchard, to help small to medium-sized businesses manage their technology.  The company offers affordable technology solutions that encompass a wide breadth of managed IT services, including email migration services, IT security, backups, server management, and technology consulting. <\/p>\n

Sterling places a strong emphasis on customer service.  Having grown up in a small town in eastern North Carolina, watching his family run a local hardware store, Blanchard truly understands the importance of exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n

“In a small town, everyone knows everyone, which means providing outstanding customer services isn’t optional,” says Blanchard.  “It is this model that enables us to show our customers that we’re not really in the technology business, but we’re in the customer service business.  We just happen to know a great deal about technology, too.”<\/p>\n

As a result of Sterling’s outstanding customer service, the company has seen tremendous growth since its inception.  To continue to meet the needs of their clients, Sterling has recently opened a new location in Raleigh, NC.<\/p>\n
