Rich Butkevic, PMP, CSM, who facilitates “The Art of PMO<\/a>” workshops, has announced upcoming Austin dates and locations for the remainder of 2019. <\/p>\n

The three hour workshops, which take place in major cities across Texas, guide participants through strategies to establish or improve a Project Management Office (PMO) with their organization. Topics discusses will include current state assessment, analysis and quantification of the “Return on Process” for potential areas of focus, implementation and controlling of the changes, recommended tools, and more.  <\/p>\n
