STI’s products provide early wear indication, allowing maintenance professionals to schedule downtime rather than dealing with unplanned outages and are used in all industries where rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes and turbines are critical to the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n

STI supplies their products to over 42 countries worldwide and were designed with reliability and simplicity in mind; in doing so, STI has created many long-term partnerships with some of the leading suppliers of vibration monitoring systems by offering “branded” versions of STI’s products which include, but not limited to, single channel vibration monitors, multi-channel vibration monitors, accelerometers, velocity sensors, vibration switches, cables and installation accessories for online and offline monitoring systems.<\/p>\n

STI’s vibration monitors go beyond the simple signal conditioner setup as their monitors were designed with API 670 in mind in order to allow customers an alternative to some of the more expensive monitoring systems on the market. By installing multiple monitors into a single enclosure or cabinet, the user can create a lower cost monitoring system, with all the same features as a more expensive system, allowing them to protect more assets in their facility. <\/p>\n
