As one of the big names in the industry, Archie started off as an unlikely candidate for this type of recognition.<\/p>\n

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Archie grew up focused on playing football and running in track and field. He earned a scholarship to play football at Texas Southern University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security. But he knew that football and Homeland Security wasn’t what he wanted to do forever.<\/p>\n

“I felt like more of an entrepreneur,” says Archie. “I just knew there had to be something more exciting out there for me, and I was prepared to work hard to get it.”<\/p>\n

And once he was introduced, as a complete beginner, to the world of Forex, Archie knew he’d found his niche. With $232 in his pocket he got to work.<\/p>\n

“It was hard going at the start,” Archie recalls. “I read everything I could get my hands on about the Forex market, night and day, for months on end. It was pretty much hit and miss back then – most of the strategies I read about only worked part of the time, and some were downright bad and didn’t work at all.”<\/p>\n

But Archie gradually began to develop his own style, and after making $44,247 in one day, he knew he was on to something big. Now a 7-figure trader, Archie started teaching friends and family the same techniques with similar result and eventually established GLFXAcademy.com<\/p>\n
