Mark began his legal career as an Assistant Attorney General, handling tax fraud cases. He then went to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office from 1993 to 1998. He spent some time in screening, warrants, and district courts, but over 4 years of his time there was spent in the felony trial division. After leaving the prosecutor’s office, Mark began to serve private clients. Mark focuses on Criminal Sexual Conduct, Child Abuse, Shaken Baby, Forensic Science, and DNA Cases. He has successfully defended clients charged with First Degree Murder, Criminal Sexual Conduct, White Collar Fraud, Assault with Intent to Murder, Armed Robbery, Narcotics Charges, and even Conspiracy to overthrow the Government.<\/p>\n
