Safelumin is a daily-use, LED emergency light bulb ideal for power failures and general use.  Each light bulb includes a rechargeable battery that activates to provide continued light in the event of a power failure.  Safelumin is perfect for homes, businesses, nursing homes, clinics, restaurants, hotels, stores, and hospitals, all of which require consistent lighting during power outages.<\/p>\n

“With so many power failures and natural disasters in recent years, we knew there was a need for the public to have access to light in emergency situations,” says Chamy Lutz, founder of Safelumin. <\/p>\n

On October 24th<\/sup>, 2019, the Governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers, awarded the team at Ledsens with the prestigious 2019 Marketplace Rising Star Governor’s Award, which recognizes outstanding businesses owned by minorities, women, and service-disabled veterans.  This award showcases the important contributions that minority business owners provide communities every day.<\/p>\n

Ledsens created the Safelumin light after working on commercial projects involving emergency lighting. <\/p>\n
