This innovative platform combines evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies with practical financial literacy tools, empowering individuals to strengthen both their mental resilience and financial security.<\/p>\n The initiative will kick off during Mental Health Month (May 1–31), a time dedicated to raising awareness and advancing solutions for mental wellness.
