Kenwood Eaton Place, an affiliate of Kenwood Management<\/a> Company<\/a>, announced today that it has completed a 3-year lease renewal with Fitness and Rehabilitation for 1,385 square feet at 10400 Eaton Place in Fairfax, Virginia.<\/p>\n

Fitness and Rehabilitation provides rehabilitative, preventative, and wellness-focused physical therapy services. The practice delivers one-on-one care through a team of trained practitioners, supporting patients across a range of recovery and mobility needs.<\/p>\n

Kenwood Eaton Place was represented in the transaction by Nicholas Kuhn and Cole Spalding of Newmark, who also represent Kenwood for ongoing leasing activity at the property.<\/p>\n

10400 Eaton Place<\/a> is a 104,000-square-foot office building acquired by Kenwood in 2019. The 5-story property primarily features small office suites ranging from 750 to 2,500 square feet, with select suites available in move-in-ready condition. The city of Fairfax offers financial incentive programs for tenants leasing space in targeted office buildings, including 10400 Eaton Place.<\/p>\n

The building is located at the intersection of Interstate 66, Route 123, and Route 50 in Northern Virginia. It is within walking distance of Regency’s Point 50 shopping center, which includes tenants such as Amazon Fresh, Compass Coffee, and Andy’s Pizza. The property is also adjacent to The Botanist, a 260-unit apartment community currently under construction by Capital City.<\/p>\n
