A new analysis by MSSP Security Consulting of 10 independent industry data sources (August 2025\u2013March 2026) finds that 89% of Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) struggle with security tool integration, while 67% of security alerts go completely uninvestigated. The findings come as the global MSSP market is projected to reach $506.48 billion by 2035. <\/div>\n

Organizations now operate 45 to 75+ security tools on average, generating up to 2,000 alerts per week. This fragmented environment increases operational complexity, creates blind spots, and overwhelms security teams.<\/p>\n

“The core problem is not a lack of tools, it’s the failure to integrate the ones already in place<\/em>,”said Richard K. Stephens, Founder of MSSP Security Consulting.“Our data shows that 89% of MSSPs struggle with integration and 67% of alerts go untouched.
