He succeeds Dr. Brad Block, who has concluded his tenure as CEO. The transition is effective immediately.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dr. Woo-Ming is a physician entrepreneur with a background spanning clinical practice, healthcare media, and physician-focused business ventures.
